1.Laser head

2.Laser tube

The domestic famous brand Beijing EFR laser tube, the ultra-high electro-optical conversion rate, up to 40%, the light output is stable and fine, making the cutting/engraving speed much higher than the equivalent power laser equipment, the precision is higher, the cutting/engraving surface is smooth and burr-free; The pipe is highly tolerant to harsh environments such as dust, vibration, temperature and humidity.

3.Control board

The machine is equipped with RD multi-function motherboard cutting engraving can be converted by one button. 4.Control switch

5.Transfer module belt

6.Drive motor

8.Air conditioning constant temperature chiller

The machine is equipped with an air-conditioning refrigeration constant temperature chiller, which replaces the common water pump tap water used by many manufacturers to cool the laser tube. The ordinary water pump can not cool the laser tube very well, resulting in the laser tube life shortening, the optical path instability affects the cutting, and even The phenomenon of laser tube overheating and squibing occurs; and the air conditioning constant temperature chiller completely solves these problems.

9.Air pump

The air pump is mainly used for blowing air during cutting, and is used to blow the smoke generated during cutting to the blasting and exhausting area under the machine for convenient discharge.
