9KW HQD linear tool changer spindle.
The air cooling spindle can quickly dissipate heat, reduce the temperature of the spindle, and improve stability and machining accuracy. The spindle has the advantages of heat dissipation, energy-saving, environmental protection,not liable to failure and easy maintenance.

Syntec system has high data processing speed and stable operation. The operation interface is intuitive and simple, easy to learn
SHIMPO reducer adopts cone bearings, so that the output shaft can withstand greater axial and radial loads. The gear box and bracket are made of strong materials with the overall structural design to ensure the strong torque performance of the reducer.

Fuling inverter has a variety of protection functions, such as overheating, overcurrent, overload, short circuit, etc., effectively improve the reliability and safety of the equipment.

Three for the Y-axis and two for the X-axis, forming a right angle, all five positioning cylinders are adjusted by a percentage table to ensure the secondary positioning accuracy during front and back machining.

Q1 :How many years of warranty period?
A1:The whole machine have 2 years quality guaranty, ,any parts broken during the warranty time , we will take place of it free (Under no human damage ).
Q2: Do you have CE document and other documents for customs clearance?
A2: Yes, we have CE, Provide you with a one-stop service. At first we will show you and after shipment we will give you CE/Packing list/Commercial Invoice/ Sales contract for customs clearance.
A3 :How to install and run the machine?
Q3: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training video, user's manual along with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves.
Q4: How to solve it if there is some problem or parts broken during operating metal tube laser cutting machine.
A4: If machine technical problem , we have engineer online support service , through remote control , video show , to help solve problem , if parts broken ( not consumption parts ,we will take place a new one as soon as possible .
